The Stabilize & Build Program

12 Weeks of Structured Energy & Recovery Support
$1,950

This 12-week program moves from identification to structured implementation.

After the Energy and Recovery Diagnostic clarifies what is most likely limiting progress, this program provides guided sequencing to stabilize inputs, protect recovery, and rebuild physical and cognitive capacity over time.

We do not layer interventions.
We prioritize.
We implement.
We adjust.

Who This Is For

This program is appropriate if you:

  • Have completed the Diagnostic and want structured follow-through

  • Experience inconsistent energy, poor recovery, or stalled progress despite effort

  • Are navigating midlife hormonal shifts, stress accumulation, or post-illness rebuilding

  • Prefer measured adjustments over aggressive overhauls

Program Structure

12 weeks
6 biweekly strategy sessions
60–75 minutes each

Between sessions, patterns are allowed to surface before refinement. Adjustments are based on response, not assumption.

Method

The program follows a four-phase model:

Stabilize Inputs
Establish adequacy in nutrition, protein distribution, hydration, electrolyte balance, and digestive tolerance.

Protect Recovery
Improve sleep depth, circadian consistency, and nervous system load to restore adaptive capacity.

Build Capacity
Layer progressive movement guidance, strength preservation, and targeted supplementation when appropriate.

Adjust with Data
Use symptom patterns, response trends, and relevant laboratory data to refine direction. Coordination language for physician discussions is provided when needed.

This structure reflects established research on energy availability, stress physiology, muscle preservation, and recovery capacity across midlife.

What Is Included

  • Six 60–75 minute structured sessions

  • Individualized sequencing and plan refinement

  • Written summaries after sessions

  • Nutrition and supplement review

  • Education-based lab interpretation support

  • Reasonable email support between sessions

Expected Outcomes

Early changes often include:

  • More stable daily energy

  • Improved exercise tolerance

  • Reduced volatility in hunger and mood

  • Fewer recovery crashes

Longer-term shifts focus on:

  • Consistency

  • Increased physical and cognitive capacity

  • Sustainable routines that require less correction

Progress is measured by stability before intensity.

Scope

This program is education-based and does not replace medical care. No diagnoses or prescriptions are provided. Work is coordinated with existing clinicians when appropriate.
