Carrie Fields Amy

Certified Herbalist and holistic wellness practicioner

I support people who feel stuck and want a clearer, steadier way forward. My work blends functional wellness principles with lived experience, analytical thinking, and a practical understanding of what it takes to create change that actually holds.

I have lived with metabolic challenges since childhood and later navigated intensive cancer treatment, including chemotherapy and stem cell transplant. That experience shaped how I understand resilience, recovery, and the limits of willpower-based approaches. It also clarified something essential: progress comes from working with physiology, not fighting it.

Over time, I rebuilt my own health through structured nutrition, strength-focused movement, and restoring metabolic stability. That process informs how I work with clients today, especially women over forty and individuals navigating or recovering from cancer treatment. The focus is always on restoring capacity, not chasing extremes.

My approach integrates nutrition, lifestyle foundations, and selective use of herbs and supplements where appropriate. These tools are supportive, not foundational. Nutrition, movement, sleep, and daily stress load remain the primary drivers of meaningful change.
