How We Work Together

A clear, structured approach to support health, resilience, and long-term capacity.

Book Your Initial Session

Energy and Recovery Diagnostic

This is the starting point for working together.

The Energy and Recovery Diagnostic is a focused 60 to 75 minute session designed to understand why your current efforts are not translating into steady energy or strength. We look at how food, supplements, sleep, stress, and training are interacting in your real life and where energy is being quietly drained.

This session is for women 45 to 65 who feel tired, stalled, or unsure what to adjust next and do not want to start over or follow a generic plan.

You will leave with a clear picture of what is helping, what is getting in the way, and what to change first.

What’s included

  • One private 60 to 75 minute session
  • Review of intake and current routines
  • Identification of key energy and recovery bottlenecks
  • A written summary with prioritized recommendations
  • A short stabilization plan you can implement immediately

What happens next

At the end of the session, we will decide together whether continued support makes sense. If it does, I will outline what a 12 week program could look like based on your needs. There is no obligation to continue.

Evidence-informed

My work is evidence-informed and grounded in how bodies actually respond over time.

I work in the space between medical care and daily life, and I help people understand when additional medical evaluation may be appropriate. Many people sense that something is off long before it becomes clinically obvious. Part of my role is helping identify patterns, gaps, and signals that warrant further medical attention versus those that can be addressed through daily support.

I integrate current research, clinical insight, and lived experience to help people make clearer decisions about sleep, nutrition, supplements, movement, and recovery. This includes knowing when lifestyle support is sufficient, when it is not, and how to communicate more effectively with medical providers.

This is not about chasing trends or managing symptoms in isolation. It is about improving day-to-day function while protecting long-term resilience and healthspan.

Who This Is For

This work is a good fit for people who:

  • Are managing ongoing symptoms or chronic health conditions and want better day-to-day support alongside medical care
  • Have been told to work on sleep, stress, nutrition, exercise, or recovery but need help translating that guidance into something realistic
  • Experience low or inconsistent energy, poor recovery, digestive issues, or difficulty sustaining routines
  • Want a structured, thoughtful approach rather than trial-and-error or protocol hopping
  • Value evidence, context, and practical decision-making over trends or extremes
  • Want support that adapts as their body and circumstances change over time

This work is not designed for people looking for quick fixes, rigid plans, or medical treatment.

Areas of Care

These are not separate services. They are the areas we consider when understanding what is affecting energy, recovery, and capacity.

  • Energy and recovery
  • Sleep and resilience
  • Digestion and nutrition
  • Midlife transitions
  • Cancer care support

Holistic Individualized Guidance

This option is for people who do not fit neatly into a predefined category and want fully personalized support. We focus on the systems most influencing day to day health, including energy, digestion, metabolism, inflammation, sleep, and stress load.

Support is shaped around your life, priorities, and capacity. This option works well for people seeking clarity, optimization, or a reset without committing to a structured program. Guidance may include nutrition, herbs, and targeted supplements alongside lifestyle adjustments, always tailored to what your body can realistically tolerate.

A photorealistic image of a woman in her late 40s to early 50s, casually dressed, seated at a desk or table in a calm, natural light-filled space. She looks thoughtful and engaged, not posed or smiling at the camera. The setting feels grounded and lived-in, with some color, minimal clutter, and a sense of quiet focus. No fitness imagery, no medical setting, no overt wellness props. The mood is calm, capable, and reflective. Make her hispanic.

Midlife Support for Women

Midlife brings real physiological shifts that affect energy, weight, sleep, mood, and recovery. I support women over forty five who feel out of sync with their bodies and want a steadier, more reliable way forward.

Support focuses on metabolic stability, hormone transitions, inflammation load, and daily capacity. The goal is not restriction or intensity. It is restoring resilience so progress feels possible and sustainable. This often includes nutrition strategies, protein support, and selective supplements aligned with hormonal and metabolic needs.

Cancer Care Support

Cancer treatment places significant strain on the body. I work with individuals before, during, and after chemotherapy to support energy, digestion, strength, and recovery while medical care runs its course.

This is complementary support shaped by my own lived experience. The focus is on preserving stability, reducing unnecessary stress on the system, and supporting the body through treatment and recovery using nutrition, gentle supplementation, and practical daily adjustments, always in coordination with medical care.

What to Expect

This is functional wellness support focused on how your body is functioning now and what will help it stabilize and improve over time. I do not diagnose conditions or replace medical care. I help you understand what is happening in your body, identify the most effective areas to work on first, and build habits that support energy, metabolism, digestion, and resilience.

The work is practical and paced. We focus on changes that fit into real life and can be sustained over time. There are no extreme protocols and no one size fits all plans.

My role is to support physiology, behavior, and follow through so medical care and lifestyle changes can work together more effectively.

Depending on your needs, support may include nutrition guidance, food timing, and practical adjustments that fit your real life. I also use herbs and targeted supplements when they are appropriate, safe, and likely to be helpful.

How Sessions Work

We begin with a comprehensive intake to understand history, current symptoms, routines, and constraints. From there, we prioritize the most impactful changes first.

Sessions often involve reviewing nutrition patterns, digestion, energy response, sleep quality, stress load, and current supplements or medications. From there, we identify which inputs are helping, which may be neutral, and which could be creating unnecessary friction.

Sessions focus on education, strategy, and implementation. Between sessions, you apply what we’ve discussed and observe how your body responds. Adjustments are made based on your feedback.

Ready to Begin

If this approach feels aligned and you are looking for a clear starting point, the Energy and Recovery Diagnostic is the first step.
