I work in the space between medical guidance and daily life. Many people leave appointments with sound recommendations around sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, or recovery but little clarity on how to implement them consistently in the context of real lives, changing bodies, and existing health conditions.

I integrate current research, clinical insight, and lived experience to help people make practical decisions about food, supplements, routines, and recovery that actually hold up over time. This is not about chasing trends or optimizing in isolation. It is about supporting the body in a way that improves day-to-day function while protecting long-term capacity.
